1. About Us Old Soul Haven is an online and in-store retailer based in New Zealand, selling home decor, furniture, apparel, antiques, and chocolate. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily within New Zealand. International shipping may be available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, Old Soul Haven accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend customers obtain their own shipping insurance for high-value orders, including furniture and antiques.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon dispatch from our premises.

4. In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at our designated location. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within 14 days of the pickup-ready notification. Uncollected orders after this period may be restocked and refunded at our discretion.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
Old Soul Haven is not liable for any damage to goods after they have been collected and signed off by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Under the CGA, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.
Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion. We are not obligated to accept returns where you have simply changed your mind, but we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
Antiques and one-of-a-kind items are sold as described. Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
To initiate a return, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including colours, dimensions, and materials. However, slight variations may occur, particularly for handmade, vintage, or antique items.
Chocolate and food products are subject to best-before dates as labelled. Please check upon receipt.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Old Soul Haven's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

8. Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Governing Law
